HOW LONG IS THE BUILD PROCESS / WAIT TIMES FOR RBI OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT?
Because every piece of equipment RBI manufactures is custom-built to your specific operational requirements, there is no standard lead time. Build schedules vary based on project complexity, equipment specifications and current production capacity. We work closely with each customer during the quoting and planning process to establish a realistic timeline. DOES RBI HAVE IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING?
Yes. RBI maintains a premier in-house engineering department that designs all our oil and gas production equipment. Our engineers work directly with customers to develop solution-driven equipment tailored to diverse operating conditions and specifications. This integrated approach, engineering and manufacturing under the same roof, ensures tighter quality control, faster design iterations and equipment that performs to your exact specifications. RBI holds ASME U, ASME S and ASME R certifications, as well as NBBI certification, reflecting the rigor behind our engineering and manufacturing processes.
