Each of our enclosures is designed to be modular with special engineering attention given to designing enclosures that will contain projectile sizes at maximum testing pressure.

Enclosure design is pre-assembled with the required wiring, plumbing and other infrastructure in place. Arriving on-site ready to be lifted into place, each enclosure eliminates the need for outside contractors to be on-site for extended periods of time.

The RBI-037 10’x10′ enclosure has a maximum hydrostatic testing pressure of 15,000 PSI.

The enclosure features 85,000 lb rated blast hinges, a top bracing system, 4″x4″ hardwood lining, manual door locks, pneumatic locks, door and lock sensors and a closed top with crane slot, all engineered to provide protection from blasts and maximum pressures.

The enclosure design arrives pre-assembled with the required wiring, plumbing and other infrastructure already in place. It is ready to be lifted into position upon arrival, eliminating the need for outside contractors to be on-site for extended periods of time.

The RBI-037 is suited for use across oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, military and medical applications.

Yes. RBI serves both domestic and international clients. The 10×10 pressure testing enclosure is engineered to fit inside a standard Connex shipping container, allowing units to be loaded, sealed and shipped to virtually any destination.
