We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse logistics, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free warehouse environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is desirable
