ASME Code Welder

Under minimal supervision, performs welding procedures to meet ASME Sec VIII quality standards. These standards include but are not limited to X-ray and U.T. non destructive examinations. Must be familiar with GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding process. This position will build ASME pressure vessels as required by supplied drawings and calculations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be able to pass code welding certification
  • Support a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possible
  • Read and understand blue prints and welding symbols for fabrication
  • Ability to use measuring and leveling devices.
  • Understands WPS’s/PQR’s
  • Set up and run nozzle welds, 6G
  • Set up and run piping welds, 6G
  • Ability to make RT and UT weld repairs
  • Ability to meet production scheduled hours
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering on improvement projects
  • Support the efforts of Lean and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and rules
  • Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude • Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet plant requirement

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • 3-5 years minimum of code welding experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting 50lbs.
  • Standing on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day in a non-climate controlled environment

Assembler/Plumber

Lay out, assemble and install piping systems and piping supports for industrial production and processing systems, applying knowledge of system operation, and reading and understanding blueprints. Selects type of pipe, and related materials and equipment, such as supports and hangers, according to specifications. Other related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possible
  • Measures and marks pipe for cutting and threading according to specifications
  • Cuts pipe using saws, pipe cutter, cutting torch, and pipe cutting machine
  • Threads pipe using pipe threading machine
  • Assembles and installs a variety of metal and non-metal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper and plastic
  • Connects pipes, using threaded, caulked, soldered, brazed, fused or cemented joints and hand tools
  • Secures piping to structures with brackets, clamps and hangers, using hand and power tools
  • Inspects, examines and tests installed systems and pipe lines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods
  • Supports Manufacturing Engineering on improvement projects
  • Supports the efforts of Lean and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and rules

Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse logistics, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize warehouse operations
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free warehouse environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is desirable

Pressure Piping Welder

Structural Welder

Under direct supervision, performs simple, basic welding procedures and applications. Using these applications this position builds structural steel skids, enclosures and piping to the quality standards set by the company. This position will continue to develop welding skills along with blue print reading and understanding.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possible
  • Read and understand blue prints for fabrication
  • Identify and understand welding symbols
  • Understands the MIG welding process
  • Cleans and stamps all welds
  • Ability to operate a cutting torch
  • Perform quality checks on assemblies
  • Ability to meet production scheduled hours
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering on improvement projects
  • Support the efforts of Lean and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and rules
  • Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
